At this time, no returns or exchanges of any kind will be accepted on any product. (Early pairs, in-stock and pre-ordered merchandise). We pride ourselves on offering quality, 100% authentic product, and competitive pricing with outstanding customer service. However, at this time, returns and exchanges will not be excepted. We are NOT responsible for manufacture defects of any kind as all our items are authentic and not marked defective or B grade. We cannot control manufacture quality of the items they produce or box condition.
