Shipping policy
SHIPPING POLICIES AND DETAILS
- We offer free standard domestic shipping if purchased through site or IG @dramadamanager_ within the US on all (SINGLE) item orders.
- We ship via FedEx (through social media outlets upon requests), UPS, and USPS through website. We reserve the right to select which shipping carrier your order is shipped with. Therefore, no PO boxes can be accepted on orders over two shoes. Make sure you select a NON-PO Box address if your order contains three or more shoes. Single shoe shipments typically ship UPS 3/5-day ground.
- Shipment time- Preorders ship after release, (typically 2- 4 business days after release). Once a tracking number is emailed to you, please allow up to an additional 24 hrs. for the tracking number to update with the carrier.
- Once a package is shipped, we are NOT responsible for the package being lost or stolen. Please make sure you have a secure mail location, or an arrangement worked out with your shipping carriers.
- All orders ship to the exact address you have on the specific order shipping address. The only orders that potentially can be revised to a different shipping address after ordering are PRE ORDERS. On a Preorder, if you have moved prior to shipment of the item, you must contact us with the order number and the new address you would like us to ship to. We reserve the right to refuse changing the address based off how recent the pre order is and the item/order value.
- Please verify that your shipping address is correct and updated. If we ship an item and it is lost due to an incorrect address, you the buyer are responsible, and you will not be shipped another item nor refunded any money. If having an incorrect address causes the shipment to return to us (or you not claiming the package from carrier), we will need the exact shipping cost for us to reship the item back to you.
- If a package is returned to us unclaimed due to non-receipt or incorrect address, you the buyer will have 14 days to reclaim your product, or it will be placed back on the market.

International Orders
HitManDrama has no control over shipping time with international orders. We do our best to expedite the shipping process for our international customers once the order is available to be filled. However, there are extraneous factors that may cause a delay in shipping time, such as customs in the country in which the item is to be shipped.
Duties and customs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please be aware of your country’s customs regulations including duties and fees before placing your order. HitManDrama does our best to mitigate customs fees, but the overall responsibility lies with the customer. Customs fees will not be accepted as a reason for order cancellation or refusal. Refunds will not be offered on any customs fees paid by the customer.HitManDrama can refuse to sell or service any customer we choose and refund an order at any time if deemed necessary for potential fraud or risk of any kind to HitManDrama.
